Current Location: Ganges River, aka Mother Ganga in the town of Rishakesh, India.
We took a taxi from New Delhi to Agra (where the Taj Mahal is located) and when we arrived, our driver couldn’t find our hotel. After asking around a bit, he discovered the problem: our hotel is located in Agra! He had driven us to Hardiwar (because that sounds so similar, right!), which is about five hours in the opposite direction. Oops. Apparently Mother Ganga wanted us to pay a visit. We’re currently at an ashram in Rishakesh (same town the Beatles visited when they wrote the White Album in India). The water is icy cold.
