This is Spring Break week in Atlanta, and I have taken my youngest daughter on a trip to San Francisco. In fact, I’m typing this from my hotel room. We have had an incredible time. We spent time with my sister who lives in Santa Cruz not far from San Francisco. The weather has been perfectly delightful, and yesterday we drove to Point Lobos National Reserve, and spent the day sitting on a beach watching baby seals floating in the water and collecting shells.

Today we were back in San Francisco, and I had the pleasure of meeting with Leo Babauta of Zen Habits for breakfast. Later my daughter and I strolled through Fisherman’s Wharf, stuffed our faces with Ghiradelli chocolate, and sipped jasmine tea at the Japanese Tea Garden at Golden Gate Park. We’ll be... More...
