Spring is here!! Yay!! Even though our weather is still pretty chilly, and I’m still wearing 4 layers plus my Winter coat to Baseball games, I’m really looking forward to baking some Spring and Easter desserts.

These Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes are super easy and really delicious! So when I was recently asked by Collective Bias to create a Spring dessert using ReddiWip and fruit, I knew exactly what I wanted to make.

Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes Recipe:

Yellow or White Cake Mix {plus ingredients…4 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup buttermilk} Strawberries Strawberry Glaze {store bought or homemade} ReddiWip Sprinkles {optional}
