The aspects of our life are all entwined.  Together they can enable balance, but if one strand fails, and then another, then soon it all begins to unravel.

An unhappy life is the bi-product of our ineffectiveness at finding and achieving balance in our lives.

Don’t believe me?  Think about how many unhappy people we see every day.

How many people are abusing others on the road from behind the wheel of their car?

How many people are arguing on their mobile phones while walking down the street?

How many people look unhappy all the time and seem to have permanent frown lines?

How many people are constantly complaining about their lives over a coffee with a friend?
