Sometimes I get off track. I start to want. I want it all now. I want to be more like that sporty, slim girl over there. I want to be super disciplined, unbendable, driven. I want to be a force to be reckoned with. I want to be better.
These wants lead me straight down the path of lack, regret, envy and perfection – a path where my feet drag, where I’m lost in a fog of negativity and where my soul turns to ash (dramatic I know, but I’m working on a metaphor here).
