I took ballroom dance lessons for 5 years and it was a life-changing experience. However, I couldn’t afford to continue and had to walk away. I miss it terribly, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about it.

When I was actively taking lessons, I competed in the International standard division with my polish dance instructor, Seweryn. My dream was to compete scholarship.

Scholarship is a multi-dance event where the partners are judged as a couple on their overall ability in several dances. Standard scholarship, includes 5 dances; Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, and Quickstep.
