Question: How can we recover from (and prevent) burnout?
Some background info: I am a university student, and for the past 8 weeks of the semester my productivity and motivation has been at an all-time-low. I think it’s because for the past 5-6 years (since high school to the end of my third year at university) I have been studying and working very hard non-stop with basically no life balance (school has COMPLETELY consumed my life!). I’m now completely burnt out and I’m tired all the time (even after a full 8-9 hours sleep!), but I still need to do very well in school – how do I recover and get back on track whilst introducing some balance in my life?
