Almost two years ago, my family of three took an eight day/seven night vacation to Orlando, Florida. More recently, my three year old and I made a return visit – this time for five weeks of fun in the Florida sun. Packing was a bit of a challenge on both occasions. The first time because I had more gear (with my then almost-two-year-old toddler), and this time because we were packing for such a long vacation.
