Exercise can be daunting, especially if you are busy and haven’t exercised for a long time. Being a parent, running your own business, commuting – all of these things can sap energy, time and commitment.

 

But the simple truth is that the biggest barrier to regular exercise, fitness and health is your motivation and attitude. If you tell yourself that you don’t have time or that you are too busy, then for sure, nothing is going to happen. But there are countless examples of busy people who do somehow make time for exercise. Same 24 hours, same busy schedule but somehow time for exercise is found. In fact, those who exercise daily are more likely to be more productive at work, suffer less stress, and generally smile a lot more.
