The days are growing shorter.
Emily and I were reviewing her first homework assignment last Wednesday evening when she noticed the sun was already setting. I looked out the kitchen window and was surprised to see how dark it was so early in the evening.
It’s still summer by the calendar, but its days are numbered.
Before summer leaves, I want to be sure to show my gratitude for the gifts it gave to my family. Caitlin graduated from college and then moved to Miami to start a new life there.
