I am now convinced that my explorations into healthy, easy, and appetizing foods is a never-ending journey. Lucky that I also live with a budding chef! During my raw-vegan challenge, which coincided with my hubby’s particularly creative phase around “sweets”, something wonderful happened in the kitchen, and too wonderful not to share.

He called it a raw vegan brownie. I called it the most delicious dessert! You can call it what you like. But first, here is exactly how you make it! This dessert is a favorite by so many people, and certainly it is a dessert to be enjoyed by raw foodists, vegans and non-vegans alike!

You guys: I really do not mean to look that serious when grinding the almonds. Laughably silly!
