By Mary Jaksch Ok – here’s a simple test:
Go to the nearest MacDonalds and say, “I’d like a small hamburger, please.”
What response do you get?
Most likely, it’ll be something like, “Sorry, we only have standard or large.”
Yes, even though the thing on your plate might be miniscule, a savvy corporation like McDonald doesn’t call it ‘small’.
What words do YOU use to describe your product?
