Last year I forgot to share two of my favourite Christmas recipes – a spicy flavoured tea that smells divine, and a moist suet-free mincemeat. Both recipes lends itself to be given as gifts – just portion into nice jars and dress up with a lovely label tied with coloured ribbon or twine.
Let’s start with the flavoured tea. I know that you can buy flavoured tea, but in my experience the store-bought varieties are either very expensive or have an artificial, chemical after-taste that spoil the experience.
