One of the things you’ll hear about most when it comes to your blog and business is trust. After all, people buy from those they know, like, and t-r-u-s-t. That’s a lesson from marketing 101. But you can take this common principle one step further.

Think about what happens when you (as a customer) give your trust, and then find yourself disappointed by the outcome of that transaction? You’re typically left without much desire to do business with this person again.
